Socially Motivated Wellness has been in process for many years. Without realizing it, a seed was planted in Kokomo Indiana in 1985 with a group of runners who met very early every morning at the Kokomo YMCA for a group run. Many thanks to Dave, Bruce, Dan, the Judge, Ron, Lynn, Paul and Jim, my first group of running partners who taught me that it is always better to run in a group than alone. You don’t have to train alone either… we’re here to help you find a group of runners or walkers who will motivate you to achieve your goals.

With over 25 years of running experience including college track, 1 ultra marathon, 8 marathons, countless half marathons, 10k’s and 5k’s, we can help you reach your goals. Anyone can be a runner or a walker. We can help you discover goals and cheer you on to cross the finish line!
